Bridge to Nowhere Gallery
This image Series is of a well known subject to photographers in south east Scotland in the UK, and I think it's not hard to see why. The bridge in located in Belhaven Bay in Dunbar, and crosses a watercourse discharging to the sea. However when the tide is high enough, the bridge appears pointlessly located in the midst of the bay.
Perhaps unusual to include the same subject multiple times in a Series, but I wanted to demonstrate how the light, weather conditions and tide can really impact on a scene in very different ways. Bass Rock is in the background in all of the images.
